Parish Office

St Joseph’s is a little unusual in having a Pastoral Assistant. The core of her job is the organisation of the parish sacramental programmes, in particular First Holy Communion and Confirmation. However her work has grown over the years to cover many other areas. The emphasis, however, is on being what the title suggests, an assistant to the Parish Priest in all pastoral aspects of parish life. Ruth is a mine of information
on all Parish matters, and can be relied upon to do everything possible to welcome you and make you feel at home. She can be contacted in the Parish Office.

Parish Roll Forms

We welcome new parishioners and ask you to complete a parish roll form available in the folder at the back of church. Please fill in a new form if you move house within the Malvern area. If you leave the area altogether and move to a new parish please let Ruth Hopkins know so that the records can be adjusted.

Mass Intentions

If you wish to have a Mass said, please take a brown Mass Intention envelope from the back of church, fill it out and place it on the Sunday collection plate. It will go through to the office for entering and then be advertised in the parish bulletin the week the Mass will be said.

Parish Bulletin

Please hand in items for the bulletin, either by email or in writing, by Wednesday midday.
