Our group is part of the World Community for Christian Meditation, which was inspired by John Main OSB.

We share the pilgrimage to the heart in silence and friendship, as part of the worldwide community.  At each meeting we refresh our understanding of the teachings, often by playing a talk by John Main, then we meditate and sometimes conclude with a short time of reflection together.

We see meditation as a way of social transformation as well as personal growth, and weekly groups have formed around the world to express this, and we have the privilege of hosting the Worcestershire group in our Parish.

We meet every Wednesday 7.45pm in the Aldwin Room, and would be delighted to welcome you.
