Flower Arrangers

We are always happy to have more people on the flower rota, male or female.

At the moment we work in two's, and our turn comes up every five weeks. We are responsible for three arrangements of flowers. Two near the altar and one in the Narthex.

Most of us have never had lessons in arranging flowers but we have learnt from our partner. I can honestly say it is never onerous and usually great fun.

At Christmas and at Easter we all come together to make a bigger splash.

Cleaning

St Joseph's Church is cleaned every two weeks. At present there are three teams on the rota consisting of two, three or four volunteers who do the work at a mutually convenient time. Some teams clean together and some will split the work so that individuals can do their bit when it suits them.

It usually takes up to about 1.5 hours every 4 weeks. More volunteers are always welcome. If there is a minimum of four in a team it allows for more flexibility. For details contact via the Parish Office on 01684 574 250 or stjoseph.malvern@rcaob.org.uk.
