Structure and Purpose

The PAC was formed in the late 80s at the request of the then Parish Priest, Fr Antony. It has remained a functioning body ever since. In its present form there are 9 ordinary members (from the body of the Parish) who serve for 3 years plus the Parish Priest and the Parish Secretary.

The main aim of the PAC is "to foster the social and communal life of the Parish". It normally meets about 6 times a year and pursues a programme of social and other events which are refreshed each year.

The PAC is a primary focal point for members of the Parish. Its members come from all sections and interest groups of the Parish. Photographs of the current members are prominently displayed near the entrance to the Church building.

If you have a point or a suggestion to make, please discuss it with a PAC member so that it can be constructively discussed in a wider context. All matters brought to the PAC in this way will receive a response.
