For the Sick and Housebound of St Joseph’s Parish: Clare Gray, Anne Wiseman, Anne-Marie Elder, Roslyn La Ferla and John Eckersley. We include all those in hospitals, nursing homes & their own homes. Our Lady, health of the sick, pray for them. Amen.
For those celebrating their Wedding Anniversaries: Anne & Paul Lewis, Helen & Chris Lousie, Irena & Zbigniew Twarowski, Jane & Patrick Jones and Sunil & Deepa George.
RECENT DEAD
Elizabeth Barker, Rose Allen’s Aunt and member of the Thursday Group for many years died at home on 15th May.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Tuesday 2nd June 5.00pm – 6.30pm Family Meeting – Jesus walks with us.
Saturday 6th June 10.30am – 12.00 noon rehearsal for First Holy Communion Mass.
Sunday 7th June – at the 11am Mass: Celebration of First Holy Communion. We will have a short "Corpus Christi" procession after Mass and will need flower petals to scatter on the ground before the Blessed Sacrament. Please keep petals and bring to church the week before. A box will be placed in the Narthex for them from the weekend of the 23rd of May.
BISHOP TIMOTHY MENESES IS COMING TO THE MALVERNS ON SATURDAY 20TH JUNE
He is walking the Malvern Hill Ridge from the British Camp and back - a total of 10 km raising money for the Andrew Robinson Young Peoples Trust and celebrating Mass there.
ITINERARY:
8.30 am: Meet Bishop Timothy at the British Car Park.
9.00 am: Sponsored Walk leaves the British Camp Car Park
12.30 pm: Break for Lunch
2.00 pm: Walkers and Non walkers meet with Mgr Mark Crisp at British Car Park to move to the Mass Site.
3.00 pm: Celebration of Mass
4.15 pm: Departure

CELEBRATE OUR WONDERFUL DIVERSITY!
Everyone is invited to an intercultural gathering on Sunday, 31st May. Our Parish is blessed to have people from so many different backgrounds: Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Please join us at the 11.00am Mass and afterwards enjoy the food and culture that characterises our diverse Parish community.
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 2026
Takes place at 4pm, Sunday 14th June. All parishioners are invited to come and listen to the annual review of our parish with contributions from Fr Naz, the Finance Committee, and the PAC. It is an opportunity to scrutinise the accounts and work of the PAC and ask questions. The agenda and supporting documents will be shared on the parish website. A small number of printed copies will be available at the APM.

A PARISH MISSION FOR THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF OUR PARISH
Saturday, 27th June till Friday, 3rd July 2026.
This week Father Edd Hone one of the two Redemptorist Priests preaching the mission will be speaking to promote the mission week.
MESSY VINTAGE SUMMERTIME PRAISE
At Holy Trinity Church, Malvern - Tuesday 2nd June
(Please note change of day and date owing to the Bishops Visit) A fun informal service to celebrate Springtime, especially for older people - All are welcome. People living with dementia or additional needs, and their Carers, are especially welcome.
HOLY TRINITY COMMUNITY LUNCH
Thursday 4th June, 12pm - 1.15pm, Holy Trinity Upper Parish Hall - Everyone is welcome to join us for our community lunch on the first Thursday of each month. June's menu is quiche (including a vegetarian option) served with salad. Followed by strawberries, meringue and cream, and tea/coffee. £7 payable on the day.
